Tucked onto 1569 Dresden Row in downtown Halifax, İstanbul Kebab House serves Turkish and Mediterranean cooking over charcoal, made to order, and shared at the table.

Everything we serve starts on the charcoal grill — kebabs, mezze, wraps, all of it cooked over live fire rather than finished under a heat lamp. It’s a slower way to run a kitchen, but it’s the only way we know how to do it.
